Cerrato offers two products: Sentry, our inline hardware sensor for biomanufacturing environments. Lattice, our ML platform that powers it. Together they enable continuous, real-time visibility into critical quality attributes across your bioprocess.
Our platform is designed to work across different biologics. Like monoclonal antibodies, cell and gene therapies, viral vector manufacturing, and vaccine production.
By replacing periodic offline assays (SEC-HPLC, IEX, flow cytometry) with continuous inline measurement, Cerrato eliminates the labour hours and GMP assay fees associated with manual sampling cycles. Estimates based on ~50 batches per year, ~20 assays per batch at $500–$800 per GMP assay put annual savings at over $1.3M per manufacturing line.
We are an early-stage company with a working AI platform (Lattice) which you can explore in our live demo. We are actively developing the Sentry hardware sensor for commercial deployment and engaging with early partners in biomanufacturing.
